Fees

Lock Site Fee:  $35

Late Fee: $30

Returned Check Fee: $35.00

Application Fee: $35.00

Deposit: 25% of Total Reservation

Cancellation: 60+ days in advance, 100% deposit returned minus the $25 cancellation fee. 30 – 60 days in advance 50% of deposit returned. Less than 30 days, no deposit returned.

NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

While we do our best to accommodate site requests, unless a lock site fee is paid, management reserves the right to shift sites as needed.

Specials cannot be used with or consecutively to any other offer or special. Reserved months must be consecutive.
